Today I want to give you 3 tips on how you can find time to get in your workout.
1st – Understand that it’s not gonna be convenient. 🙁
Chances are your gonna have to either give up sleep or TV. So you might have to get up early in the morning or you might have to stay up late after your family goes to bed and do it then.
2nd – Schedule it and do it. No matter what.
You scheduled doctor’s appointments, work meetings, activities for your kids. You need to schedule your activity as well you. You might not feel like doing it. Don’t wait to be motivated, it may not happen. So if it’s on your calendar at a certain time, SHOW UP and go do it!
3rd – Give up your excuses.
If you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way to make it if happen!
You don’t like getting up early? Guess what, neither do I. You don’t want to do your workout at 10pm? Neither does my husband but sometimes, that’s what he has to do just to get it done. You like to eat your treats? So do I. Eating healthy does not mean that you have to give up all your treats. You have to learn to eat healthy and eat in moderation.
