Clean Eating Recipes
I learned a TON of great, clean eating, healthy, quick, easy recipes from the Ultimate Reset. I have people who ask me what kinds of recipes are in the Reset so I thought I’d share some with you.
Here are some of the meals I ate while on the Ultimate Reset.
Oatmeal Breakfast with blueberries, plain greek yogurt and honey.
Scrambled eggs, cooked broccoli and wheat toast
Zucchini Cashew Soup with veggie chunks & a salad
This supplement you take once a day in the afternoon.
Salmon, asparagus, potatoes
Brown rice, pinto beans, asparagus and zucchini
Edamame Salad & green beans
Sweet potato, quinoa, and green beans
