This is something a challenger in one of my fitness challenge groups did that I wanted to share with you….
She uses this to try to incorporate veggies into what she’s making.
One is broccoli, carrots and red onion.
The other is carrots, radish and yellow peppers.
She sprinkles into eggs, wraps or salad. Have mixed into meatloaf, burgers and re-fried beans to make confetti beans!
