How’s that possible right? A LOT of learning what works BEST!! Both with fitness and nutrition! There are MANY things you can do for fitness and nutrition. BUT there are some things that work better and quicker than others while still being HEALTHY!

I thought it was important for me to share my story because people who meet me now, might not realize that I struggeled with being over weight, feeling like I was the “thick” one in the group of my “thin” friends and that I went through may “diets” in order to try to feel good about myself and in my skin.
