Sometimes the hardest part about eating healthy is finding meals, putting a grocery list together and then making sure you’re not spending an arm and a leg!
A friend of mine told me about a really cool clean (mostly)/whole food menu/meal planning service online.
The general concept is 20 whole, non-processed ingredients on a shopping list to create 5 dinners (that feed a family of 4 for 1 week with leftovers) with recipes, tips/tricks about what to prep ahead, how to stock your pantry for success/ease of prep, etc.
It’s affordable, too–most weekly grocery lists are under $80, & it’s not full of weird, hard-to-find items that you’ll only use once.
