Hopefully you know by now that I don’t stand for “quick fix” diet plans, rapid weightloss and that working out is all about how you should look.
I truly believe our bodies are temples for Christ to dwell and with that we need to take care of what He has given us.
Working out and eating healthy is a WAY OF LIFE!  It’s a lifestyle you choose to live because it helps you feel good about yourself, keeps you healthy, provides you with more energy, and you can be a better friend/spouse/parent/sibling/etc to everyone when your body is in proper working order.
A friend of mine passed on this article to me.  Grace-Motivated….Dieting and I truly think it’s something you should read and consider before you decide to go on your next “diet.”
