Anytime you’re grilling/cooking chicken, make an extra piece! It’s so easy to make a healthy lunch. Usually it will make enough for two lunches!

Through it into a salad and/or with brown rice and add fun stuff – yellow pepper, black beans, strawberries, avocado!

  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • avocado
  • shredded carrots
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • black beans
  • kidney beans
  • brown rice – don’t knock it until you try it, it was good.
  • strawberries
  • pears
  • apples
  • peas
  • grilled chicken
  • grilled fish
  • cottage cheese (not a “clean” option, but good for protein)
  • pine nuts
  • almonds
