• The older you get the more important protein becomes, so eat more of it.
• The single best appetite suppressor is protein!
• You should try to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh. You won’t get that much in b/c you’ll be so full from all of the protein you’re trying to eat. But at least it gives you a goal!
• Eat protein a couple of hours before bed for a deeper, better sleep. Because at night you’re body replenishes itself and protein helps with that and keeps you fuller longer. Worst thing to eat, a bowl of ice cream!
