If you check in with our accountability group every single day, learning and growing together, IT WILL WORK.

There’s no “It might work” or “It could work.”  This system is literally FOOL PROOF. If you follow them, IT WILL WORK.


“When I started Beachbody last July, 80 Day Obsession was like the Holy Grail of workout programs to me. I never thought I would get there, but HERE I AM! I started February 4th, and slowly but surely, I made it through every workout, every exercise, and I just FINISHED! DONE! I gained some arm and shoulder muscles on my previous twigs, some abs that I’m not brave enough to show on FB, rounded out my already large ?, lost a little around the waist, and gained some confidence that I can do hard things, as Autumn always says.

When you put your mind to it, you can do it.  I sacrificed to make this happen, but it was worth every bit!

I still have a lot of work to do (???), but I’ve learned to trust the process. Who knew I would ever enjoy exercising?! I’m certainly surprised!

She has lost 14lbs and 13.5 inches since having baby boy #3!

However, she said it best….. “For me, the best part is that I just feel so much better than before. I’ve got lots of energy and I am FINALLY feeling like myself again!”

As fellow moms, we need to constantly encourage each other because motherhood is NOT easy!! It’s been such a blessing to have a positive community of moms to encourage, support and lift each other up!!

I’m happy with my results and weight wise I’m actually DOWN LOWER than pre baby #2 weight and can fit a pair of jeans I don’t think I was ever able to do so after baby #1 … it’s definitely becoming just a part of my lifestyle and loving how I feel and my cravings are significantly curved lately which is awesome ?…

So silly but my wedding ring even fits looser which means I’m less bloated.

The success of maintaining with returning to work is huge to me and hitting the 4 week mark … honestly, this is the best I’ve felt in so long!!  My body feels good, I have energy I feel happier and not saying I was depressed before but I just seem happier!!!

For me I wanted the program and group help me get back into and working out .. and getting back after baby #2 and break my bad habit of poor consistency so far I’m very happy with being 100% with workouts and say 80-90% with nutrition.  It can always improve some there but really defiantly being smart about my choices and staying on track with my water.

Overall I believe I am down 10 lbs but that’s a number I haven’t seen on the scale in a long time like 10 lbs under pre baby weight and have been maintaining … with just 3 day refresh alone I dropped 5lbs … inches wise from the start I’d say maybe 10 to 15 total (need to be better at keeping track).

But more importantly non scale gains I’m saying yes to many firsts in my life:

  • I have more energy now running around with 2 kids and actually sleeping less then I did with no kids and sleeping in.
  • My body feels good with the right nutrition and I’ve changed my mindset up and thinking food is fuel but I will say not boring I really don’t feel deprived and admit give in to some fun foods here and there but I can control it vs before mindless eating sweets and carbs.
  • I can proudly say can do regular push ups and ran my first 5k on this journey and another planned for Thanksgiving morning. It really has been a life changer for me and I’m truly a product of the product could not do it without the BOD (Beachbody on Demand) programs and nutrition guidance, it just makes sense.

I still have day that yes I don’t wanna wake up and workout but just pushing myself to do so and I always feel better after and feeling energized.  Seeing everyone else in the group working just as hard has helped with my accountability!”

131 LBS – That’s the size of a person!!  Read Brenda’s story….

Since day 1 (of joining Weight Watchers) I just decided I’m doing this whether I feel like it or not.

It had to be something I made important even when motivation wasn’t there.

I’ve been on this health journey for 18 months now and am the healthiest I’ve probably ever been.

My doctor is happy, my blood work is all great. 

I got off an allergy medicine and am able to do things I never thought I’d be able to do. 

I was never able to jog longer than two minutes at a time. And I hated running. Now I enjoy it and can jog 5K. 

It’s kind of a challenge to me to push myself to see what I can do because I’m doing so many things now, just in terms of working out, that I never thought I would do.

There have been definitely been ups and downs in the journey, times when I felt like it and times when I definitely have not. 

There are foods I miss and want to stuff my face with, but I know they are trigger foods so I stay away from them.

It all comes down to a choice. 

Sometimes it’s easy and sometimes it’s extremely difficult.

I have a couple people in place to help keep me accountable. I call them when I want to eat the whole cheesecake or lots of donuts. I report in weekly with them, about my weight loss and just how things are going.

I think having an accountability person or people is essential.

I knew in the end, this was my journey, no one else could do it for me although that would’ve been so much better ha ha! 

I don’t breathe heavily going up stairs and I can easily fasten an airplane seatbelt and fit into a movie seat with ease.

Those are the all important non-scale victories!

She’s dropped 90 lbs in 1 year and then another 41 lbs in 9 months following that!

What have you learned about your body during this challenge?

I definitely noticed an increased-energy level. And it has been helpful. LOL

I have muscles in my legs that weren’t there before and I am stronger than I thought!

Someone did a double take just a few days ago and said they didn’t recognize me because I look so different! In a good way!

I am feeling better about myself these days. I haven’t been perfect during this challenge by a long shot. But, in recent past challenges, I had done so poorly at this point (two weeks in), that I would consider giving up. Not this time.

I have so much energy these days! It’s so refreshing to not be tired all the time.

I can feel a difference in my clothes, I am more flexible than I was 2 weeks ago and stronger! I was down 10 lbs on Saturday but that is now about 8.5 lbs (that’s what 4 days of birthday celebrations will do, I guess). I’m still happy with that and know that I will start to lose again after my daughter’s birthday on Thursday. Feeling great and trying to kick butt in the workouts! I won’t be stopping 21 day fix anytime soon

My clothes definitely fit better! I love the fix extreme and will be continuing on with it.

My clothes are starting to fit better, but the biggest change is that I’m feeling better and more confident!

I my clothes are firing better and I love the fact that I been wanting to give up I don’t.

I am more flexible and I’m able to do more and more of the exercises for the total time on 21 day fix. I’m most excited that I can do modified burpees for the entire round when 2 wks ago I could only manage one!

What healthy habit have you started during this challenge that you KNOW you are going to continue that benefits your health?

Found that using a cold banana from fridge makes my chocolate Shakeology taste like a “Frosty”. YUM! Really been focusing on having fewer carbs!

21 day fix containers are really helping me eat all the right things in the proper portions. Also shakeology for a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack is a great new habit.

A change I have done is limiting myself just one cup of coffee a day and to eat more fruit. I struggle with getting all my fruit in.

I’m doing much better with my water drinking. I think it’s finally become a habit.

Schedule workouts at the same time every day and eat more protein, fewer carbs.

not myself, but for my son, I’ve always winged it when it came to his meals since mine are so bland. I’m starting to meal plan for his meals, that way I’m not forced to buy out. It gets expensive!

I love dessert (and it’s as good as dessert)!, I know it’s my healthiest meal of the day, and it helps me snack less.

How is the challenge group helping you stay accountable to your goals?

I know I will have to answer questions. Did I really need that handful of Goldfish crackers I put in my mouth last night? No!! Did I stop at 1 1/2 because I thought of the challenge? YES!!

I love the accountability groups. They help me stay focused and other people inspire me and motivate me. If you are putting the work in, surely I can too? Yes!

One of my favorite things about this group is that it makes me feel like I am not alone in my fitness/nutrition “quest”. I don’t hang out with a lot of friends and my coworkers that I spend most days with don’t have exercise as a constant in their lifestyle, eat out for lunch/dinner most days, etc. That gives me another excuse when I feel tired after work or don’t want to get up early to work out. This group makes me feel like I am not the only one 🙂

I like reading the posts each day. I enjoy them.

I like the support, knowing there are others out there with the same struggles, and the daily positivity and reminders to keep me on track and not feel discouraged.

It helps me to get up everyday to do my workout so I can be a good example as a coach!!

This group is helping since I have to check in here or with the app daily.

It’s helping me make better choices when it comes to my nutrition.

The group helps because I know I need to check in. It’s especially helpful when I know a check-in question wants to know how the nutrition or workout was during the day.

It makes sure I do it! I know you are all here watching me. It also helps me during the day because I know I am going to have to post about my day.

This group has help me stay focused on the big picture and the day I want to give up there always some one to make sure I don’t give up.

I would like to continue 21 day fix with a new challenge group. If I could tell myself anything 21 days ago it would have been how much I would love the program, how great it would make me feel, and how glad I would be that I stuck with it….and why didn’t I start sooner? 🙂

How has your family responded to your commitment to taking better care of and making time for yourself? Does their support surprise you?

Ha. My husband LOVES it! He loves working out and is training for the Chattanooga IronMan right now! My family doesn’t really care about fitness. Some do, but they want to do it their own way. I think they’re supportive, but they aren’t going to do it with me.

My daughter said to me yesterday that she likes my new “diet” because we have a larger variety of fruit right now! I usually buy only what is in season, because it can be expensive, but I have been buying grapes and raspberries for variety … Even though they can be quite pricey right now 😉

I also tried to explain this is NOT a diet, but a HEALTHY EATING challenge 🙂

It’s not unusual for my kids to come in while I’m working out and they will sometimes join me. So I like the positive influence it is having on them. Husband is 100% supportive! I’m down 7 lbs. after just 1 week (7! Yay!)…lots of high fives at our house in the past week 🙂

My bf is very supportive, he has been encouraging me along the way 🙂

My husband has always been extremely supportive and encouraging. In fact, he drinks Shakeology daily and will soon try his hand at the 3 Day Refresh. The fitness bug is “catching” at our house. We do family push-ups on TV nights and my son works out in our home gym about 5 days/week. Unfortunately, he’s a growing boy with a snacking problem!! My daughter’s not into fitness but she does eat fairly well. She supports my endeavors but that doesn’t mean she wants to partake!!

My family is 100% supportive. My 10 year old was just telling me tonight that she is proud of herself for eating healthier lunches and drinking more water so my health goals are affecting her also!

Results from July – Fit after the 4th Challenge
Beth – As of today I am NO LONGER PRE-DIABETIC! My labs with Cholesterol and liver function tests have all improved greatly! Doctor was very happy. Now it’s time to really focus on the daily exercise. My foot pain is mostly gone so now it’s time to dig in again!! Goal is to be off BP mess by next year this time or earlier!!!

The first half of this challenge I was struggling to stick with exercising. My goal was to schedule 4 exercises each week and stick with that. I’m honestly not entirely sure what changed but the last half of the challenge something shifted and I actually look forward to my workout every morning!! I don’t recognize this girl I’ve become but I am loving her and I hope she sticks around!!!

Added workouts. I want to do something active every single day. It feels so good and I wish I would’ve done it years ago. But I’m doing it now and that’s what matters! I’ve even motivated my husband to start exercising and that feels good to inspire and encourage him!

Oh man, so many improvements! Obviously my clothes fit better and I feel more confident and comfortable with my body. But the changes are better than that. I have way more energy (even when I’ve slept poorly), am in a better mood, haven’t caught the last two colds that came around (I normally catch EVERY cold), I’m stronger, more limber… the list goes on!
Just wanted to say thanks for getting me started on all this. I feel great! I didn’t think I was going to be able make it a lifestyle change initially, but now I can’t imagine going back to how I was before!

Just wanted to share! I am 2oz….. just 2 oz from my ultimate post children weight that I gave up hope of ever reaching again years ago. I settled for always having at least 5lb over that ideal, before ever even being pregnant. When I did the HGC diet two years ago and only hit that 5 lb mark after truly staving my body for weeks I acknowledged that it was physically impossible. But for the last two days I am mere ounces for that ultimate goal and am exhilarated about the possibility. Beachbody – 3rd round – results I never believed I could achieve. 🙂 *from an always super clean eater 😉

I have always dreamed of being a Mom and I love being a Mom, but after my sweet baby boy was born I was struggling with PPD. I was anxious, tired, and emotional ALL.THE.TIME! I was sick of feeling this way so I decided to change. Rather than getting medication I decided to do exercise and truly commit – if exercise couldn’t fix my problem then I would consider medication. Well, I’m glad I made the commitment because I am happy, motivated, and energized. I’m glad I made the change! It was so worth it.

6 MONTH JOURNEY for my friend Terri!
You have NO IDEA how excited I am to share this with you!! This shows you that HARD WORK and dedication is KEY for long term weight loss!!!

Was Terri perfect” everyday with her eating and her workouts. Of course not, but after a bad day or food choice, she picked herself right back up and continued!! And life has been less than perfect during these last few months as well. She’s been really stressed out with life events. But guess what, she didn’t give into emotional eating!! I am EXTREMELY PROUD of her for sticking to her healthy habits because it has helped her stay positive in a difficult time!

Here are her words….
“Hello Team Shine! I’m so excited to announce that I have reached my goal in my weight loss and fitness journey!!! I have lost 65 lbs and 54 inches from 3/5/16 – 10/24/16! March 5, 2016 I did my very first workout doing 21 day fix. I have never been so sore in my life?
After my first round on 21 day fix I decided to start walking in addition to my work outs every morning. I also decided that I wanted to start doing some weight training and on Erin’s advice I started Chalean Extreme. ( I love that program!)
As I was doing that program I missed the aerobic workouts so I began running as a surprise for my daughter. She ran her first half marathon this spring and I thought it would be fun to run a 5 k with her! Since Our first race on Memorial Day we have run 7-5k’s, one 8k and one 10k with another 10k this weekend!
I also did my first Sprint Triathlon this summer! We are also signed up for 3 more 5k’s to round out the year! I can’t thank Erin enough for all her support and encouragement over these last 7 months! Also thank goodness for Shakeology!!!!!!! My most favorite meal of the day!

In 3 months of being consistent with 30 min workouts, eating healthy, feeding her body with superfoods to get the nutrition she needs, she’s lost 35.5 lbs and 36 inches!!!!!!!!! THAT’S INCREDIBLE!

Bethany – I am somewhat encouraged though, because even though the 21 days didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted, and some days I ate things I shouldn’t or I didn’t do my workout early enough, so it didn’t happen, I STILL lost weight and feel better and can now fit into pants I haven’t worn since well before my pregnancy! If I can have those results under less than ideal circumstances, then I know that it will be even better when I’m more consistent! That’s encouraging to me!

Vanessa –
Before Beachbody I was doing my own workouts, along with running. I got bored of this very easily and struggled with a weight plateau. Now using Beachbody, it showed me that my eating habits were completely out of whack. I consumed way too much sugar and caffeine, which I thought I needed to boost my energy for my long work days. I can now say that I’m three months in of NO caffeine and have also reduced my sugar intake. I actually have MORE energy now with proper eating and exercising!
I have also noticed an INCREASED amount of energy and endurance. I can run up to seven miles and have can use heavier weights in my workouts!

Missy –
I am able to hold my plank for a full minute!! I have been able to give up diet pop! I am wearing smaller pants and on occasion have worn a tank top:) my workouts are going well. I need to stay the course on my diet. Diet is my biggest struggle!

Gina –
1. Life before Beachbody was lazy. Now, I am constantly moving.
2. I can tell I’m stronger when I pick up 50 lb bags of flour & sugar at work. It not as hard.
3. I make way better food choices. I’m always looking for “clean” foods when I eat my meals. I can’t eat a lot of junk like I used to.
4. I have more energy. Also, I’m starting to fit into smaller capris & shorts I haven’t worn in several years.
My workouts have gotten to a standstill the last couple weeks with school work. I’m getting ready to start PiYo because I need to keep being active.

Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. At first I was leery about the 21 day fix program, so after doing it i have seen such great results. Not only in how i look but also how I feel. I remember the first workout day and it was so hard  however now I am able to increase the weights and perform more with each workout I do. I feel healthier stronger and have more energy than before.  I just cant tell you how excited I am that I have completed it with great results!

Monika’s testimony:
This challenge has been an amazing experience for me.  Having the support and accountability each day has really pushed me in ways I truly could not have imagined.  In the beginning I thought having a goal of doing 5 real pushups was a stretch for me…I wasn’t sure I could do it.  The last 3 days of this challenge group I’ve been able to not only reach that goal but passed it!  Also, while doing the 60 day PIYO challenge I thought for sure I would be doing the modified versions the entire time…that almost happened..until this last week I’ve been doing more and more of the regular versions!   The best part is that my 5 year old daughter was there to see it.  She was there in my living room watching me rather than playing in her room.  She was my cheerleader and even joined me a few times.  I am so blessed to be able to share this new journey with her!   Beachbody is the answer I’ve been searching for years for…I’m grateful that I can finally stop searching!

From Diane:  I LOVE these groups! In the first one if was 5 days and I dropped almost 10 pounds. The accountability required has helped keep me on track. Without these last 2 groups I would not be as close to my final goal as I am.

Advice: start small. Do a short challenge like a 5 day to proved to yourself you can do it. Stick with it! 5. I had a couple people ask about it after the 5 day we did in February.

In February I did a 5 day Clean Eating Challenge that my Beachbody coach Erin Grieger set up. I figured I could do anything for 5 days right.?. During those 5 days I lost 10 pounds and was not hungry. I learned that when I am bored I eat. That explained alot. She then started a 30 day fitness challenge. Well I was supposed to do a Beachbody program but earlier in the year I was being tested for Graves Disease and I found that it was too much for me. Instead of quitting and telling myself to just wait and do the next one guess what I did? I did what I could. I started out just going to the Y and doing the elliptical. By following my eating plan that I set up on the Beachbody site and “doing what I could” I dropped 4.2 pounds and almost 10 inches off my body. The biggest thing I got out of this was even if you can’t do what you want to do DO SOMETHING. Since January I have lost a total of 23 pounds and am probably the healthiest (on the inside) that I have ever been. My favorite part of the challenges Erin sets up is the accountability aspect and the great people who help to inspire me along the way. I am so happy to finally make the lifestyle changes that will make 39 my best year yet without feeling deprived. And for my next 30 days…..I am going to conquer T25 which I was supposed to do last month before my health (tried) to railroad me. Thanks Erin!

I really enjoyed this challenge. I struggled half way through with not seeing results, but after you look at my numbers you will see that I lost a tons of inches, but not alot of weight. I have come around to that idea and know that if I keep up good eating habit the weigh should come off. Thank you so much Erin for your support during this challenge.

Amber Lost 10 inches and 2 lbs (can share)
My weight lose journey started when I was 15 years old. I was always the “fat” kid. One day I seen a picture of me in a bathing suit and was totally shocked! At that moment on I was determined to never be that way again. I lost 60 pds in 11 months. I decided to start going to the gym when I was 19 had the best trainer in the world. Stayed in the gym until I got pregnant with my second child and I went into preterm labour so had to be on bedrest the remainder of my pregnancy. I gained 55 pds with her. I lost a good 40 pds after she was born but still needed to lose that extra 15. About 4 yrs later I started exercising with Jillian Micheals ripped in 30. Lost the extra 15 plus some. In 2012 I had my 3rd daughter and started exercising as soon as I could after having her. Started insanity january 6th of this year and love it!! Hope I can soon get T25 and praying I can become a beachbody coach!

Emily –  Working with Erin and my No Excuses group really helped me. I felt like I had to workout because someone was there tracking it. It definitely made me more accountable. I also maintained a pretty healthy diet. Every time I would think about ice cream or pop I would decide if it would make my 1-10 scale go up or down and if it was worth it.
I went into this challenge buying Turbo Fire but planned on throwing in some Chalean Extreme. I ended up wanting to do Chalean a lot more than Turbo Fire.

I am completely satisfied with the 30 day program. I will continue on working with Erin and hopefully keep this lifestyle change for me and my family!

Mykel I’m happy to report I’m down 4 more pounds & fit into 2 pairs of pre-pregnancy jeans!!!

Nov Challenge group testimony:  

Winifred – I weighed myself today I am down 6 1/2 lbs I did not believe in another post I said I have 3 skinny jeans 2 is size 8 and one is 6 they so fit easily now and have one that is size ten I need to belt it up now, I can actually feel the difference in my body. I lost 8 inches and 6.5lbs

I have 2 good news and they are 1. I have no pants that fits me anymore except with belt and they were size 10 and 3 jeans one of which I came with from Africa by then I was slim and they are size 8 fits me without no fighting, I can now see my beautiful body shape. 2. I have lost the taste of sugar which was one very hard thing to for me to do. I cannot thank Erin and all of us from the first group to this and I am still ready to do more.

Nicci lost 23 inches and 3lbs
I didn’t want to work out this morning, but I did it. I had no energy to do anything. Now I have energy to do everything!!! I can wear my cowgirl boots again. Lastly I was on the last hole in my belt and now I’m on the third to last. I’m seeing results. I’m feel sexier and I’m mentally happier. Woop woop. GO GET’EM

Stephanie: Today I bought clothes off the rack at old navy. For the first time in a decade I didn’t have to order plus size online!!
