Fast, Easy and Healthy! This make a great breakfast, lunch or dinner!
- Dice up onion and red pepper put in skillet with olive oil
- Let cook for about 3 min.
- During that time, warm up frozen turkey sausage (2 links) and cut a few cherry tomatoes
- Mix 2 eggs in a bowl with a little milk and then pour into skillet
- Add in sausage (already cut up) and tomatoes
- Cook until eggs are to your liking
- Put onto your plate and add avocado
Keeps me full for hours 🙂
